Kelly Rowland

Kelly Rowland was born Kelendria Rowland on February 11, 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. With Whitney Houston as her musical inspiration, Kelly began to sing in church at a very young age. Her love of music propelled her to help form the trio Destiny's child, along with Beyonce Knowles and Michelle Williams. She has since released a solo album, "Simply Deep." Kelly has appeared in videos, on television, and has appeared worldwide on stage. She has already achieved many number #1 hits, multi-platinum albums, and has won numerous awards, including Grammys. Kelly Rowland has also taken a stab at acting, appearing on the sitcom, "The Hughleys," and acquired a role in the "Freddy vs. Jason" horror film. Her love of performing, writing, and acting promises that this multi-talented star will forever follow the path of achievement.
