Nikki Schieler Ziering was born August 9, 1971 in Norwalk, California.
Nikki began modeling when she was still in high school, and continued
throughout her college years where she was studying Dental Hygiene. It
was during her work as a dental assistant that a modeling scout
encountered Nikki and offered her the opportunity to resurrect her
earlier interest.
Nikki was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for September 1997.
Before her marriage in 1997, she was known as Nikki Shieler, then
married Ian Ziering, but the marriage lasted only four years.
The Playboy modeling shoots led to opportunities in acting, and Nikki
later appeared in a number of feature films including "Austin Powers in
Goldmember" and "Serving Sara." Nikki has made numerous appearances in
Playboy editions and has also had guest appearances on television,
including Beverley Hills 90210.
